About Us

The Worcestershire Business Central Growth Hub was established in 2016 with the core aim of supporting high growth SMEs to further grow and develop. The support provided through the Growth Hub helps businesses to develop their internal capability in order to improve their productivity, grow and create jobs.

The Growth Hub has exceeded it’s target outputs and to date has delivered 246 3-hour assists and 66 12-hour significant assists, subsequently the WBC Growth Hub has been awarded a second phase of ERDF sponsorship earlier this year.

Worcestershire Business Central has received £772, 886 of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.

ERDF funds help local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regenerations. For more information visit https://www.gov.uk/european-growth-funding.
