Then, as you learn how other people prefer to communicate and make decisions, you can begin to adapt your style according to their needs and create better relationship management, whether they are a customer or employee.
Once you understand these differences you can learn in minutes what might take weeks or months to find out, leading to more efficient communication with clients and employees.
